In this role, you’ll help support HR operations by ensuring smooth execution of processes within the Oracle Cloud HCM system. You’ll provide assistance with the Performance Management and Workforce Compensation modules, troubleshoot any issues, ensure data accuracy, and help HR teams with system navigation and reporting!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional support for Oracle HCM's Performance Management and Workforce Compensation modules.

  • Facilitate and monitor annual business processes within the system, ensuring alignment with HR policies and timelines.

  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence teams to gather requirements and provide system guidance.

  • Support performance reviews, goal setting, merit cycles, and ad-hoc compensation activities, ensuring accurate processing and reporting.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and manage tier 3 support tickets, liaising with IT or external support teams for resolution.

  • Conduct data validation and audits to maintain data integrity and compliance.

  • Provide reporting support using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud(Ideally!), specifically in Performance Management and Workforce Compensation modules.

  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, particularly supporting annual performance management, goal setting, and merit cycles.

  • Proficiency in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and data analysis for trend identification and ensuring accuracy.

  • Experience in troubleshooting system issues, managing tier 3 support tickets, and coordinating with IT teams.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
