This role is an immediate start until September 2024 with a potential of extension. Paying $64.13 per hour.About the role:This position is responsible for providing timely, accurate and professional contemporary HR advice, guidance, and support to the internal team.Liaise with key stakeholders to understand resourcing needs.Develop new and update existing role descriptions.Apply HR policies and frameworks in achieving business outcomes.Prepare HR related correspondence, briefs, reports and resource requests to a high standard.Support the Principal HR advisor as required to build and mature HR service delivery across the branch. About the individual:Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check may be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.Excellent communication skills to deliver advice and information clearly and succinctly.
