We’re partnering with an exciting, nationwide company based in Brisbane that’s going through some transformative internal changes. As part of this journey, they are looking for a Training and Instructional Design Specialist to join the team on a short-term contract and help drive their ongoing transformation.

This company has been delivering innovative solutions in the insurance industry for years. As they continue to grow and evolve, you’ll play a key role in shaping their training efforts to help the business adapt to new processes!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing Engaging Training Content: From presentations to online modules and quick reference guides, you’ll create training materials that engage and educate.
  
  
• Training Sessions and Workshops: Facilitate interactive and impactful training sessions that empower teams to adopt key changes.
  
  
• Managing Communication Strategies: Develop strategies to communicate changes effectively, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption across the organisation.
  
  
• Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and align training efforts with broader transformation goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in instructional design or training and communications.
  
  
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  
  
• Ability to create engaging, effective training content tailored to various formats.
  
  
• Change management experience, particularly with rolling out new processes.
  
  
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to gather content and feedback from multiple stakeholders.
