job description

  • Part-time 30 hours a week
  • 3-6 months Temp Contract / ASAP Start

Our client is a well-known Queensland organisation dedicated to providing exceptional services across multiple industries. They are committed to supporting the local community and making a positive impact on the lives of their customers.

As a Talent Partner, you'll join a dynamic team, collaborating with leaders to manage recruitment across a diverse range of roles, including both white-collar and blue-collar positions, with a focus on high-volume recruitment and a variety of hiring needs.

Your Role:
  • Manage recruitment across diverse sectors covering both white-collar, blue collar and high volume roles.
  • Liaise with hiring leaders to understand recruitment needs and provide strategic support.
  • Coordinate and present at assessment centres.
  • Conduct Linked-In searches, phone screenings, and schedule interviews (attendance may be required).
  • Oversee pre-employment checks, medical assessments, and generate offers.
About You:
  • Strong experience in recruitment.
  • Ability to manage diverse portfolios and handle a range of recruitment tasks.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to work.
