An exciting opportunity has become available to join a well-respected Insurance firm, located in Sydney CBD. They are seeking to employ an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with the wider HR team to deliver end to end recruitment services. This is a 12 month contract with flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to forecast, strategise, and develop recruitment initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, standardise and automate recruitment processes and practices
  • Strengthen the employer brand through initiatives, enhancing candidate and the employee experience
  • Provide insights into employment trends and recommendations

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Talent Acquisition (professional service background preferred)
  • A versatile individual who excels both independently and as a team collaborator.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Understanding of full cycle recruitment
