Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a global not-for-profit organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices in a high volume environment as well as a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments of candidates
  • Coordinate police and background checks for successful candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify and assess candidates.
  • Utilise Workday to manage the recruitment process
  • Source and recruit top talent for a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Negotiate and extend offers of employment.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in high volume talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices
  • Experience using Workday
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
