HR Partners are proud to be partnering with a global logistics organisation renowned for its innovation and excellence. With operations spanning multiple regions, this company is experiencing an exciting period of growth and is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).

About the Role:

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the business by managing the end-to-end recruitment process. From job briefs to onboarding, you’ll ensure the business has the right talent to meet its operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide expert advice on talent strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines (SAP experience desirable).
  • Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and support onboarding processes.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment needs are met efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in high-volume hiring environments.
  • Experience recruiting for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ATS platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
