HR Partners by Randstad is partnering with an Australian market strong retailer needing an immediately available TA Coordinator/ Specialist who can hit the ground running for a 6 month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking and dynamic recruitment specialist to join a great Australian organisation’s talent team and has the potential to go permanent.

Join this dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition while contributing to the organisation’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Support hiring managers with administrative tasks related to recruitment, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and job information.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives, including social media and recruitment events.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and provide reports to the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of recruitment experience in internal and/or agency
  • Experience working in high volume recruitment of up to 20 roles at a time
  • Excellent time management and can manage fast pace environment
  • Ideally, FMCG or Retail recruitment industry experience recruiting mixed workforce roles
  • Great at building relationships, gets on with it, excellent can do attitude, agile, comfortable with ambiguity is a must and thinks outside the box
  • Proactive sourcing experience via Linkedin or Seek is a must
