job description

We are partnering with a globally recognised organisation to find an experienced and dedicated Senior ER/IR Advisor to join their HR team on a 6 month fixed term contract.
As a Senior ER/IR Specialist, you will independently manage employee and industrial relations, working with senior leaders and HR to ensure compliance and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a variety of ER/IR matters, including misconduct, performance, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, providing effective resolutions
  • Collaborate and advise leaders across different functions and states on ER/IR matters
  • Ensure compliance with industrial relations legislation and proactively manage workplace relations issues

Key Requirements:

  • Solid experience of resolving complex employee and industrial relations issues across diverse environments
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Comprehensive understanding of labour laws, workplace legislation, and organisational policies to maintain compliance and minimise risks
  • Ability to partner with leaders across various business functions
