Are you ready to influence workplace relations at a globally connected and innovative organisation? Our client, a world leader in their sector, is seeking a Senior Advisor, Policy & Workplace Relations to join their team on an initial Full Time 3 month temporary contract based in Melbournes CBD.

About the Role

As a Senior Advisor in the Policy and Workplace Relations team, you will make a meaningful impact by supporting employees, promoting a positive workplace culture, and driving change in a dynamic environment.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering best practices and resolving intricate workplace matters.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Delivering early intervention strategies, such as Alternative Dispute Resolution and restorative justice.
• Management of workplace relations issues, conducting workplace investigations and managing outcomes of cases.
• Providing specialist advice and training to managers and stakeholders.
• Supporting change management initiatives and strategy development.
• Building relationships with unions, employer organisations, and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

• In-depth knowledge of the Fair Work Act 2009, enterprise agreements, and HR policies across the Professional Services, Higher Education or Government sectors (highly desirable)
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose challenges, develop innovative solutions, and coach stakeholders.
