job description

This is a great opportunity with a large complex organisation to step in as a part of the Remuneration & Benefits team and apply your skills and knowledge in this field. With several years experience in this area, you will be able to provide your knowledge in Job Evaluation/Classification and the Remuneration Review process. There is also a possibliity of the role becoming permanent.

Your role will include:

  • Working with the current Remuneration Specialist, within the Remuneration team which forms part of the P&C Corporate services function.
  • Assisting with completing job evaluations in accordance with the Mercer methodology.
  • Assist with running the annual remuneration cycle
  • Assist with providing insight into the development of the remuneration strategy


You will ideally have:

  • Experience working with Mercer IPE system. Alternatively, must have extensive knowledge of other job evaluation systems.
  • Degree in Business, HR Management, Commerce or similar
  • Considerable skills using MS Excel, Visual Basic, Power BI, and/or other data-analysis systems
  • Ability to handle confidential & sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
