job description

This is a great opportunity with a large complex organisation to step in as a part of the Remuneration & Benefits team and apply your skills and knowledge in the area. With several years experience in this area, you will be able to contribute to and support the organisation's management of the Remuneration Policy.

Your role will include:
  • Provide support in the execution of the annual salary review processes
  • Manage and analyse costs and competitive trends in remuneration and benefits programs
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform recommendations on overall employee remuneration and benefits
  • Conduct market benchmarking of individual roles to recommend competitive market rates for individual offers of employment.
  • Day-to-day management of employee benefits programs, including salary packaging, novated leases and employee discount programs.
You will ideally have:

  • Degree in Business, HR Management, Commerce or similar
  • Considerable skills using MS Excel, Visual Basic, Power BI, SAP, SuccessFactors, and other data-analysis systems
  • Ability to build effective relationship and influence outcomes
  • Ability to handle confidential & sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
