We have an opportunity for a Principal Program Officer to join our government client site and assist them on a short-term contract to assist them in developing a Monitoring and Evaluation Framework for a new investment program that would include. This role is paying up to $99 per hour and is for an 8 week period, based within the Brisbane CBD.

About the role:
  • Assessment tool to provide clear steps for identifying and assessing antisocial and early offending behaviours.
  • Consistent, structured assessments.
  • Templates to support the development of personalised support plans as a result of assessments.
  • Include methods to evaluate the effectiveness of the framework itself.
  • Guidelines for Assessment: Clear processes for identifying and assessing antisocial and offending behaviours.
  • Tools and Templates: Practical resources for conducting and recording assessments.
  • Evaluation Framework: Methods and metrics to measure the impact of framework and ensure continuous improvement.

About the candidate:

  • Experience in designing or evaluating behavioural assessment frameworks for young people.
  • Experience in developing practical, culturally inclusive, and user-friendly tools and templates.
  • Experience in designing evaluation methods to measure the success of interventions and refine approaches.
