job description

As the People & Culture Business Partner at this expanding financial services firm you will be responsible for your own business unit, supporting cyclical processes, and providing day-to-day employee support. This newly created role is part of a high-performing team and reports directly to the COO.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders
  • Provide advice and coaching to managers
  • Assist with the annual performance review process and remuneration process
  • Manage the execution of People processes, such as monitoring probation periods and contract end dates.
  • Participate in company-wide People projects as needed.
  • Actively contribute as a member of the WHS committee and People Investment and Inclusion Committee.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as HR, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of relevant HR experience.
  • Experience within the Finance industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work autonomously
