The Opportunity:
Seeking a Temporary People & Culture Administrator to join their team based in Geelong for a maximum term of 8 weeks, with an immediate start. (There is hybrid working arrangements offered in this role)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve HR Operations: Contribute to the refinement the HR systems, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support Employee Life cycle: Manage employee variations and assist with the on boarding of new team members.
  • Ensure Compliance Integrity: Uphold compliance standards, ensuring the organisation meets all regulatory requirements and audit benchmarks.
  • Provide Essential P&C Support: Deliver valuable administrative and operational support, becoming an integral part of their People & Culture team.

Skills and Experience Required:

To excel in this role, you will possess prior experience as a People & Culture Administrator. Additionally, you will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience working within Government, Non-Profit, Health care, Childcare, or related sectors is essential.
  • A strong understanding of the SCHADS Award is highly desirable.
  • The ability to work independently, take initiative, and an eagerness to dive in and work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
