job description

We have several clients who are seeking Payroll Advisors for their HR teams. Be a part of a large complex organisation and bring your exceptional payroll and data analysis skills!


The Role

These positions require someone who can:

  • Check and quality assure the accurate processing of the fortnightly remuneration within processing timeframes and provide advise on more complex remuneration matters.
  • Provide audit support to the Team Leader Remuneration.
  • Ensure standardised processes and procedures are applied across the remuneration team.
  • Ensure that administrative duties are undertaken including maintaining electronic and paper based records.
  • Maintain an awareness of contemporary and relevant HR trends with an emphasis on Remuneration matters.
  • Produce HR and Payroll reports as required
  • Analyse HR systems/Payroll data

What You will Need

  • Experience in the full range of remuneration services in a complex organisation using a computerised Human Resource Management Information System.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing advice on relevant Acts, Awards, Agreements, policies and procedure.

These are short term contracts initially offered from 3 months with possibility of extension.
