About the Role:
An urgent contract opportunity has arisen with a nationwide management company in the oil and gas industry, specialising in operational coordination and logistics for large-scale projects. They are looking for a highly organised Mobilisation and Logistics Admin Coordinator to join their fast-paced team, based in Brisbane’s CBD fringe, with an ASAP start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate personnel mobilisations, inductions, and certifications
  • Manage domestic and international travel logistics
  • Oversee vehicle fleet and property leases
  • Handle PPE & merchandise inventory
  • Maintain document control systems
  • Provide support to leadership on various projects

Key Requirements:

  • Background in the oil and gas industry (ideal but not necessary)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Experience with travel coordination and logistics
  • Proficient in managing inventories and document control systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
