job description

An exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to step into an advisory role and join a well-established, supportive HR team. You'll collaborate closely with the team’s HR Business Partners and HR Manager to help achieve key business initiatives. This is a 7-month fixed-term contract.

Your responsibilities

  • Assess hiring needs, manage recruitment timelines, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews
  • Work closely and support the HR businesses partners
  • Distribute engagement surveys, gather and analyse data to identify trends
  • Perform personnel file checks to ensure compliance.
  • Advise and coach on employment conditions, policy interpretation, and performance management
  • Conduct and review exit interviews, identifying trends as needed

What you need to exceed

  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment and team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
