Role Overview: As an HR Officer, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns and supporting the workforce. You will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR initiatives, and ensuring that employees thrive in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and industry standards.
  • Organise training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyse feedback to improve engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist in payroll queries and benefits administration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a call centre or technology industry
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Please note this role is 5 days onsite for at least the first six months so would really suit someone who loves being around people in a busy environment.
