About the Role
We are seeking an APS6 Learning and Development Officer to join the Strategy and Projects team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and delivering learning programs that enhance workplace experiences for all staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating coaching and mentoring programs that support staff in reaching their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop creative learning solutions that align with the organisation’s curriculum and objectives.
  • Utilise tools such as Articulate Storyline to create engaging, interactive eLearning resources.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis to produce innovative and effective learning experiences.
  • Develop comprehensive, end-to-end learning programs that meet diverse needs.
  • Apply inclusive design principles to ensure learning materials cater to various learning styles and preferences.
  • Lead projects from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, identifying business goals and learning needs.
  • Use industry learning methodologies and adult learning theories to refine and enhance learning materials and processes.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in instructional design and developing impactful learning programs.
  • Proficiency with eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline or similar software.
  • Ability to design inclusive learning experiences that address diverse needs and learning styles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Solid knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee projects from start to finish.
