The school currently has an opening for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join their collaborative team, working closely with the school’s HR Manager to support a variety of HR operations and activities. Your day to day will include, supporting with the management of the HR inbox, coordinating events, system administration and supporting with HR ad hoc tasks / projects.
This is the perfect opportunity for a HR Administrator looking for their next step with a reputable, best practice business. You’ll be joining a team and organisation that leads with curiosity, kindness and integrity.
This is a 12 month fixed-term contract with the potential to extend.
Main responsibilities;
- Support with first level HR queries and operational HR activities
- Collaborate ongoing with the broader HR team on a variety of HR Projects
- Maintain a proactive, professional and customer-focused approach and build effective working relationships with your peers
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a HR Administrator role or similar. You will be a people person with a positive attitude. You’ll have excellent attention to detail, communication and time management skills. You’re comfortable working autonomously whilst also operating in a collaborative environment.
