HR Partners is working exclusively with a global professional services firm, undergoing an exciting period of growth. We are seeking a committed individual to join their expanding team in Sydney CBD. This will be a full time permanent position.
This organisation has excellent culture, team tenure, and will give you the opportunity to work across various client groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
  • Assist with general queries providing timely feedback
  • Develop and maintain internal & external relationships
  • Advocate for inclusion, collaboration, and innovation
  • Ensure documentation aligns with company standards
  • Efficiently handle multiple tasks and support implementing HR initiatives
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in engaging with stakeholders across all levels
  • Capability to work independently within a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
