job description

Our Client is a leading service centre, committed to providing exceptional service to clients while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment

The HR Business Partner will lead HR operations, focusing on employee relations, performance management, workplace health and safety, and compliance with employment laws. This role is essential in maintaining a positive, safe, and productive work environment that promotes employee well-being and engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Management teams, understand issues and challenges,
  • Oversee the performance review process
  • Develop, review, and implement HR and WHS policies that support the service centre's objectives
  • Act as the primary contact for HR-related issues
  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes inclusivity and open communication.
  • Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training programs to improve staff performance and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with management to assess staffing needs and develop short- and long-term workforce strategies
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are in full compliance with Australian employment laws and workplace safety regulations


Skills & Experience

  • Strong leadership and the ability to influence and engage others.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and workplace health and safety.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws, WHS regulations, and HR best practices.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a service centre or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

The successful candidate will have previous HRBP experience in a large or fast-growing organisation and be available to commence on Monday 14th Oct
