job description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide HR support and expertise across the organisation. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will work closely with leaders and employees, offering your expertise to help shape and drive HR strategies that enhance the overall employee experience.

This role requires at least 1-2 years of experience as a strategic HR BP, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked within FMCG or fast-paced environments. Your ability to collaborate with business partners and deliver practical HR solutions will be crucial for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards are upheld.
  • Provide expert HR support, collaborating with senior leaders and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Partner with leaders to coach and guide them on managing team performance, addressing grievances, and navigating employee relations issues.
  • Communicate updates to leaders regarding changes in employee policies, legislation, and workplace conditions.
  • Assist in managing performance reviews, succession planning, and development of future talent.
  • Oversee employee rewards, incentives, and benefits programs.
  • Prepare and present reports on key HR metrics to support effective decision-making.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a fast-moving or dynamic industry like FMCG. (Preferably at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar HRBP role)
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to work closely with senior leaders to drive HR initiatives.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with leaders and influence decision-making.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, employment law, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring abilities
  • Collaborative and influential, with the ability to engage leaders at all levels
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented with a passion for people
