About the Role: This pivotal role involves providing high-quality generalist HR support and advice to leaders, based on a thorough understanding of operational priorities, business strategies, workforce needs, and desired culture. This amazing opportunity is permanent full time, and based within their office in the Inner Western suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach team leaders on recruitment, performance management, feedback, and handling of industrial relations and disciplinary issues.
  • Lead key HR processes, including performance reviews, onboarding, and remuneration.
  • Monitor people metrics to assess team health and implement corrective actions.
  • Foster positive relationships with employee stakeholders, including unions.
  • Manage dispute resolution and ensure compliance with industrial agreements and employment laws.
  • Lead HR aspects of major organisational changes to support growth and efficiency.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and talent pipeline development.
  • Collaborate on Internship and Graduate Programs, and refine Recruitment Strategy

About You: As a well-rounded HR Generalist with strong expertise in employee and industrial relations, you are a clear communicator who collaborates and influences effectively. You have experience managing your own portfolio within heavily regulated, dynamic environments and are eager to build on your existing HR skill set.
