Our client is a leading consulting firm with a diverse portfolio of clients across water, energy and environmental infrastructure. As part of their continued growth and commitment to excellence, they are looking for a talented and dynamic HR Business Partner for this newly created role where you will make an impact through their human resources strategy.

Role Overview:
As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key player in shaping and executing the people strategies across the organisation. You will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives, support organisational development, and drive a high-performance culture. You will play a critical role across the employee life cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and business units to align HR practices with business goals.
  • Provide HR support in areas such as performance management, employee relations, learning and development, succession planning.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture though effective communication
  • Provide advice and coaching on best practices for people management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide bench-marking on remuneration, benefits, and incentive programmes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead and manage HR-related projects.
  • Implement and optimise HR systems and processes
  • Analyse HR metrics and data to make informed decisions and provide insights to leadership.
  • Support organisational change initiatives by helping business units navigate through transitions and mergers.
  • Foster strong relationships with employees at all levels to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a business partner role.
  • Proven experience in Management Consulting or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and organisational development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to implementation.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analytic tools is a plus.
