job description

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a well-respected professional services firm located in Sydney, CBD. They are a large international employer seeking to employ an experienced HR Advisor to partner with the business and assist in delivering the HR agenda locally as well as nationally.

Key Accountabilities

  • Demonstrate strength in Employee Relations by providing HR advice, direction and consultation to the stakeholders
  • Work on the roll out of strategic HR plans for the Sydney office
  • Assist in the cyclical probation, performance and remuneration review processes
  • Assist with graduate and summer clerk programs
  • Create and execute HR policies and procedures
  • Partner with the HR Manager and partners across all areas of HR including administration, learning and development plans, change management and HR project management.

Key Requirements

  • Experience within a similar role and environment
  • Outstanding relationship building and influencing skills
  • Experience of partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
