job description

HR Partners is delighted to announce its exclusive collaboration with a renowned non-profit global health research organisation. We are currently seeking a committed HR Advisor to join their team in Sydney CBD. This is a 12 month contract position with an immediate start.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist the wider HR team in implementing HR initiatives
  • Act as a reliable resource for managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Manage performance management and tier 1 employee relation issues
  • Manage work health and safety matters and incidents, and set up the WHS committee
  • Off board employees and conduct exit interviews
  • Assist with various generalist duties as needed
Key Requirements:
  • Experience within a similar role and environment.
  • Capability to work independently within a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
