Are you a skilled HR professional looking for a new challenge? HR Partners is seeking a Human Resource Advisor to join our client's People Services team. If you're passionate about HR, particularly in Learning and Development, Work Health and Safety, and Performance Management, this is your chance to contribute to something meaningful in a supportive and dynamic environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll play a vital role in supporting a broad range of HR functions. This opportunity will allow you to work on projects like:

  • Assisting in the review and creation of HR policies, frameworks, and procedures.
  • Supporting the delivery and updating of mandatory Learning and Development programs.
  • Contributing to staff consultation efforts by analysing data and preparing recommendations.
  • Providing valuable input into the performance development framework review.
  • Assisting with preparations for the annual Staff Survey.
  • Supporting Work Health and Safety activities, including committee administration and governance support.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for someone with a solid HR background, who is ready to take on a variety of challenges. If you have:

  • A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Availability to start immediately and a willingness to commit to a fixed-term contract.
