job description

  • 12 month contract with possible extension

  • Immediate start

Our client is a nationwide organisation who aims to support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians within the community. With a mission to improve access to vital services, our client works toward providing comprehensive advice and customer service to ensure the needs of participants are met while promoting a sense of community and belonging!

The capability team is growing and they are seeking a HR Coordinator to join them on a 12 month contract immediately.


Your role:

  • Assisting by providing expertise and advice in specialist areas, contributing towards programs, activities, outcomes and initiatives
  • Assisting with internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Managing and completing administrative functions for operational support roles
  • Providing support with preparation of written documentation, internal and external communication, briefs, policy and strategy documents and training materials.

About you:

  • Effective planning, scheduling, prioritisation, and time management skills
  • Recruitment Coordination experience preferred.
  • Inbox management
  • Maintaining spreadsheets and work using Share-Point.
  • On-boarding and Off-boarding tasks
  • Understanding of procurement and contracts (ideal)
