Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations issues, providing advice, support, and resolution.
• Investigate employee concerns and workplace disputes, ensuring a fair, consistent approach.
• Collaborate with managers and HR partners to address and resolve employee-related issues, enhancing workplace satisfaction and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour laws in all employee matters.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to develop action plans to improve retention.
• Work closely with the management team to promote positive employee engagement initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of employee-focused programs that drive company culture and morale.
• Maintain up-to-date records of employee issues and cases while ensuring confidentiality.
• Provide coaching to managers and employees on conflict resolution and best practices.

Who You Are:

• You have a background in Human Resources (tertiary qualifications & at least 3 years of experience), preferably with really strong experience in Employee Relations.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organisation.
• You have a solid understanding of labour laws and employee relations practices.
• You are a proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail.
• Preference for a backgrouund in blue collar workforces.
