Join a renowned organisation on a permanent basis as a Benefits Advisor. If you’re passionate about Benefits and thrive in a high-energy setting, this is your chance to shine! This role sits in the People & Culture Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing relationships with vendors and benefits providers
  • Evaluate and improve the current benefits program while introducing new benefits
  • Support the Organisational Development team with recognition initiatives
  • Lead small scale benefits projects

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role necessary
  • Ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
  • Power Bi or Tableau experience would be highly regarded
  • Ability to manage both internal & external stakeholders
