I have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual with sound experience in the provision of a
range of human resource functions and projects to support quality outcomes in a fast-paced and
changing environment. You will be adaptable and the ability to thrive on managing competing demands
to achieve results will be amongst your greatest assets!

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Plan, implement, coordinate and deliver a range of operational activities which contribute to the delivery of the advertising, recruitment and selection needs of the agency
  • Develop, coordinate, and maintain systems, processes and documentation to support recruitment activities and develop communication tools and resources for all hiring managers to assist in the implementation of agreed processes
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and achieve recruitment and appointment outcomes within agreed time-frames.
  • Working with the Manager Corporate Services, contribute to the effective and responsive provision of HR services for the agency by coordinating processes in relation to workforce planning, recruitment and retention, staff induction and exit, payroll, performance development, classification, contract management, WHS and change management.
  • Undertake delivery of HR operational requests relating to job design and analysis, managing self, and priorities in alignment with agreed team practices.
  • Contribute to the preparation of recruitment analysis, reports, documentation, and correspondence supporting the implementation of recruitment services

To be considered you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualities:
  • Sound knowledge of human resource principles and practices, including emerging trends.
  • Knowledge of government legislation, policies, procedures and activities relating to human resources.
  • Knowledge of WHS principles and administration and championing health and safety.
