job description

Be part of a government organisation responsible for delivering major essential services projects that will transform the state! This agency is driving large-scale initiatives focused on improving efficiency, meeting growing demand, and enhancing the overall efficiency of Queensland.

As an HR Advisor, you’ll:

  • Work with key stakeholders to assess resourcing needs and align them with evolving project goals.
  • Develop and update role descriptions based on project demands.
  • Apply HR policies and frameworks to ensure effective service delivery and business outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed HR reports, briefs, and resource requests.
  • Support senior HR leadership in refining HR processes across the organisation.

What we are looking for:

  • Recent Queensland Government experience (preferred but not necessary).
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, project-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, legislation, and policies.
  • Proven project management abilities and adaptability.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
