Whilst I am honoured that HR Partners has won HRD Magazine ‘HR Recruiter of the Year’ for the third consecutive year, right now doesn’t feel like the time to celebrate, but I would like to say thank you.
The HR community is rightly focused on supporting their organisations and people through one of the most challenging times in recent history. I know plenty of professionals pulling extraordinary hours to get the job done. We’ve all become adept at remote working and managing new technologies as we transition to the new normal. During this time, it’s made me proud to provide support to our clients as a true partner.
When we set up our business as HR Partners in 1997 we wanted to create a company that was synonymous with people-centric recruitment, human and humane, relationship-based with a long term focus. So, to be recognised in this way at this time, means a tremendous amount to all of us and an accolade we are thrilled to receive once again.
This year the HRD Award came with another surprise. The HR Partners team has received gold in the ‘Overall Top Recruiter' category - something extremely special to have achieved.
To win these awards is testimony to the hard work, commitment and care shown by the team at HR Partners not just this year, but in all the years preceding this. We are immensely grateful to the people who took the time to complete the nomination form and make an effort to recognise our team, especially now as everyone is working so hard. A very big 'thank you' to those, thank you so much!
