He is pivotal in managing and supporting colleagues with senior search assignments. His extensive knowledge and connections within the HR Community enable him to navigate the complexities of executive-level recruitment with precision and efficiency.

Tim has in excess of 24 years of combined experience in the HR and Recruitment industries. Tim manages some major national clients for HR Partners and actively recruits at the Executive level whilst managing the Queensland operations.
 
 

Melissa has over 10 years of experience across all areas of executive search, sales, and team management. Melissa has worked
with businesses nationally and internationally across many highly complex environments. She provides high-level consultancy services in recruitment and strategy to her clients to ensure they appoint the right HR professional.
